urbanremade.com offers an ordering service for Above+Below London footwear and artwork by Sir Peter Blake. Your payment information and delivery details are required to use the service.

Once your order has been received by us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The confirmation e-mail you receive is a confirmation that we have received your order and not a guarantee of stock availability.

WHEN WILL WE TAKE YOUR PAYMENT ?:

We will only debit your card when manufacture of your order begins. We will only begin manufacture when we have a delivery date for you.

STOCK AVAILABILITY:

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will cancel and/or refund any unavailable items and we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible.

All fabric is restored authentic and original material used on London Underground and buses. We endeavour to ensure the colours of restored fabrics are consistent with the originals. However due to the high natural fibre content of the material and the restoration process itself some colour variation from the images shown on this site may occur. This makes each pair unique!

CHRISTMAS ORDERS:

To receive your order before Christmas Day we recommend you pre-order before December 12th. Whilst we can never absolutely guarantee a particular delivery date pre-ordering before the 12th of December should ensure you receive that important Christmas gift before Christmas Day.

TRACK YOUR DELIVERY:

Please look out for your dispatch confirmation email which we send to you as soon as your order is manufactured. The email will include information you can use to track the status of your delivery.

SIZES:

All sizes are shown in UK and European sizes.

DELIVERY TIMES:

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery following confirmation of your order being dispatched.

DELIVERY CHARGES:

All shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

LOCAL TAXES AND DUTY

Any taxes or duty fees incurred to ship abroad are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns postage and packing costs as follows:

UK: £6.60, Western Europe/ Channel Islands: £12.50, Rest of the world £25.00

Your items are sent either by Royal Mail 'Signed For', 'Special Delivery' or via DHL. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required. International: Your items are sent either by Royal Mail 'International Signed For' or DHL. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS:

Should you need to exchange or return any items you may have purchased from our website. Please return your item(s) unworn and in an unmarked condition within 28 days, enclosing a copy of your invoice to:

Please send the shoes via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund the card originally used for payment. Please note that we are unable to accept the return of goods in person to our office address.

VALIDATION CHECKS:

All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. In this event we will contact you via email.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If upon cancelling an order after it has been dispatched a restocking fee will be charged. This fee will be the shipping amount of your order transaction resulting in only the items being refunded. Refunds will not be issued until all merchandise is received back by urbanremade.com. We are not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items in the mail. Please use a 'Signed For' or equivalent guaranteed postal service.
