CHRISTMAS ORDERS:
To receive your order before Christmas Day we recommend you order before October 31st. Whilst we can never absolutely guarantee a particular delivery date, ordering before then should ensure you receive that important Christmas gift before Christmas Day. TRACK YOUR DELIVERY:
Please look out for your dispatch confirmation email which we send to you as soon as your order is manufactured. The email will include information you can use to track the status of your delivery.
DELIVERY TIMES:
Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery following confirmation of your order being dispatched.
DELIVERY CHARGES:
Shipping is charged as per Royal Mail Signed For/Special Delivery and/or Parcel Force rates. Overseas orders will be insured. Where industrial action (as is currently affecting Royal Mail in the UK) may affect delivery times we will try to make alternative arrangements to ensure delivery is made on time.
LOCAL TAXES AND DUTY
Any taxes or duty fees incurred to ship abroad are the sole responsibility of the customer.
DELIVERY OF YOUR ITEMS:
In the UK your items are sent either by Royal Mail 'Signed For', 'Special Delivery' or via DHL. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required. Internationally your items are sent either by Royal Mail 'International Signed For' or DHL. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If upon cancelling an order after it has been dispatched a restocking fee will be charged. This fee will be the shipping amount of your order transaction resulting in only the items being refunded. Refunds will not be issued until all merchandise is received back by urbanremade.com. We are not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items in the mail. Please use a 'Signed For' or equivalent guaranteed postal service.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS:
Should you need to exchange or return any items you may have purchased from our website. Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund the card originally used for payment. Please note that we are unable to accept the return of goods in person to our office address. |
